Shipping policy

UK Shipping 

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.  We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days, excluding bank holidays.

 

 

Our Carriers 

We ship using trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail and Evri. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

International Shipping 

We ship outside of the UK. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 5-10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

 

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date to shopify@cuffygifts.com.   We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
